Q. What Internet browser is best for using and viewing the website?
A. The best browsers for viewing the Web site are Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari. Use these links if you would like to download a browser:

Q. How do I sign in to my account?
A. Select Sign In or My Account in the upper right corner. Enter you username and password in the appropriate fields, and select Sign In. (If you do not know your username or password, contact the Society at 703-445-0026 or email@example.com.)
Q. I do not know my password. How do I reset it?
A. On the Sign In page, select Click here to reset your password under the Sign In button. Enter your username or email address that the Society has on file for you. Enter the validation code and select Reset Password. You will receive an email link to reset your password. You may need to check your spam or junk folder as this email may be treated as spam. NOTE: For security purposes, the reset link is only active for 24 hours.
Q. How can I change my username or password once I've signed in to the website?
A. Under the My Account section on the right, select Manage Profile. Under the Information & Settings section, select Edit Bio. Your username and password are listed under the first section, Account Information. Select change located to the right of either the username or password field. From there, follow the instructions provided on the website.
Q. How do I view my own profile?
A. Once you are signed in to the website, select Profile Home from the My Account section on the right. Select the Bio tab at the top of the page.
Q. Where do I find my member number?
A. Once you are signed in to the website, select Profile Home from the My Account section on the right. Select the Bio tab at the top of the page. Your member number is located above your name below the Feeds, Wall and Bio tabs.
Q. My profile information is incorrect. Do I need to notify the National Office staff?
A. No, you do not need to contact the National Office. Your member profile is completely under your control. To make changes to your profile, select Manage Profile under My Account on the right. Select Edit Bio. Remember to scroll to the bottom of the page after editing and select Save Changes.
Q. I have a question about the website. Who do I contact?
A. For general comments, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to call the National Office about the Web site, call 703-445-0026.
Q. How do I contact the Society National Office staff?

Q. How do I post a job opening to the Career Center?
A. Select Career Center under the Members Only menu tab (you can only access this page if you are signed in to the Web site). At the Career Center page, click on Submit an Opening, complete the form and click Submit. If the job listing does appear on the Web site within two hours, please contact the National Office at 703-445-0026.
Q. I’m not now, nor have I ever been, a Special Agent, but I used to work for the FBI. Can I join the Web site to get access to the members’-only pages?
A. No. Only retired, resigned or current Special Agents can join the Society and have access to the Member Services pages. If you would like information on the Society, CLICK HERE.
