The Annual Christmas Party will be held on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at the Wyndham Tampa Westshore Hotel. The Party will start with a cocktail/reception hour at 4:00 PM with an open bar. Following will be a sit-down dinner in the Princess Palm Ballroom. A DJ will provide music that you can dance to or just enjoy the festivities. The cost of the Party will be $48.00 per person.

The Annual Christmas Party will be held on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at the Wyndham Tampa Westshore Hotel. The Party will start with a cocktail/reception hour at 4:00 PM with an open bar. Following will be a sit-down dinner in the Princess Palm Ballroom. A DJ will provide music that you can dance to or just enjoy the festivities. The cost of the Party will be $48.00 per person.
The Customized Plated Dinner Options are as follows:
Pick one of 3 Starter:
1. Mixed baby greens with grape tomatoes, feta cheese, sundried tomato vinaigrette
or
2. Hearts of romaine, herb croutons, parmesan and Caesar dressing
Warm Rolls and Butter
Pick one of 3 Entree Options:
1. Buttermilk Pecan Breast of Chicken with sweet Vermont Maple cream sauce, Crisp Roasted russet potato wedges and sea salt roasted vegetables
2. Shiraz Braised, Fork Tender Short Ribs of Beef, crisp roasted russet potato wedges and sea salt roasted vegetables
3. Poached Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce, Crisp Roasted Potato Wedges and sea salt roasted vegetables
Vegetarian option available upon request
Desert: Choose one:
1. Mini Chocolate bundt cake with white chocolate sauce, whipped cream and mixed berries
2. Red Velvet Layer Cake with white and dark chocolate sauce and whipped cream
3. Lemon-Raspberry layer cake with raspberry coulis, whipped cream and mixed berries
Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee, Hot Tea Selection, Iced Team or Iced Water
Additionally, a cash bar will be in the ballroom for your convenience
If you desire to make a night of it, the Hotel is quoting a room rate of $79.00. Make reference to the Party at time of making your reservations for the reduced rate.
You will be receiving an email that sets forth the choices of starters, entrees and deserts for the dinner. Make your selection of one each and forward the clipping with your name, number of guest and check to Bob Conrad at P. O. Box 874, Anna Maria, FL 34216. Or you may choose to bring the check and clipping to the next meeting.
