Scholarships

Applications are now open.

Submission Deadline is February 28.


Applications for our undergraduate leadership and financial need scholarships for the 2018-2019 academic year are now being accepted.

Eligibility requirements:

  1. Must be a graduating high school senior or college student pursuing a 4-year undergraduate college degree at an accredited 2-year or 4-year college/university in the United States.
  2. Must have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  3. Must not have previously received a scholarship or skilled trades award from the Former Agents of the FBI Foundation.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident enrolled in college classes as a full-time student for the 2018-2019 academic semesters.

Academic Transcripts: All transcripts must be mailed so they are RECEIVED at the Foundation Office by February 28 as outlined in the Scholarship Application Instructions.


Foundation Scholarships
To apply, you must be the CHILD or GRANDCHILD of a member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI. (Society membership ID number is required.) If member is deceased, membership must have been current at the time of death.

To submit your completed application for a Foundation Scholarship, CLICK HERE to go to our SmarterSelect online scholarship site where you will be able to create an account to upload your application, essay and other required documents.


George A. Zeiss Scholarship
To apply, you must be the CHILD of a member of the FBI National Academy Associates. (NAA membership number is required.) Society membership is not required for the Zeiss Scholarship.

Non-Society Members: To submit your completed application for the George A. Zeiss Scholarship, CLICK HERE to go to our SmarterSelect online scholarship site where you will be able to create an account to upload your application and essay.

Society Members: If the NAA member you are related to is also a Society member, then use the link under Foundation Scholarships to submit your application and also be considered for the Zeiss Scholarship.
